Abstract
Knowledge creation is a process carried out by individuals to create and obtain creative ideas by organizations. In the application of knowledge management, knowledge creation arises through the interaction of a knowledge conversion process called SECI (socialization, externalization, combination, internalization). However, the occurrence of the process of creating knowledge in each individual is certainly different based on the factors that influence the process of creating this knowledge. Technology is the most important supporting factor for the productivity of the knowledge creation process in various circles and information systems are needed as a medium in the knowledge creation process. Theory of Planned Behavior and Organizational Culture theory are theories that underlie the constructs of this research. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 2,666 and the number of samples was 348 obtained through stratified random sampling method. In analyzing the data in this study using the Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) technique and using SmartPLS software. The result obtained is the process of knowledge creation is influenced by Individual Attitudes, Organizational Culture and Information Systems. Meanwhile, Information Systems cannot affect the relationship between Individual Attitudes and Organizational Culture with the Knowledge Creation Process.
