Abstract

Branch and Cut is the combination method between Branch and Bound and Cutting Plane to find the optimal solution in linear programming. This research aims to find the optimum solution in the production of pineapple snack at UP2K Melati, Prabumulih. The profit was counted by considering the ingredients constraints and production process. Based on the result, it found that the profit was Rp 666.309,00 with the number of each products are 42 packages for dodol pineapple, 65 packages for sweets pineapple and 128 packages for chips pineapple. Wajik pineapple gives the smallest profit, otherwise the most recommended product is chips pineapple.
