Abstract

Perusahaan PT Pertamina menerapkan sistem pembayaran non-tunai dengan membuat aplikasi MyPertamina sebagai upaya agar pelayanan BBM subsidi dapat lebih tepat sasaran kepada yang berhak menerimanya. Namun masyarakat terkadang masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan ketika menggunakan aplikasi MyPertamina yang menyebabkan masih minimnya pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan model UTAUT2 untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi behavioral intention dan use behavior pada aplikasi MyPertamina. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, habit, behavioral intention, dan use behavior. Jumlah responden yang dapat dianalisis dan diolah datanya berjumlah 106 responden. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner secara online melalui google form yang selanjutnya diolah datanya dan dianalisis. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik analisis menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan Pemodelan Rasch, Path Analysis, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Anova dan Uji Parsial. Hasil dari penelitian disimpulkan bahwa variabel hedonic motivation berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention aplikasi MyPertamina. Variabel facilitating conditions dan habit berpengaruh terhadap use behavior aplikasi MyPertamina. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh signifikan adalah variabel hedonic motivation dan habit.
