Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training on the performance of employees at Bank BTN Syariah Human Resource Division of Palembang. The population in these researches are all employees of the Bank BTN Syariah Human Resources Division numbering 56 people. Mechanical Sampling in these researches using sampling techniques saturated, thus the sample in this study were all employees of the Bank BTN Syariah Palembang totalling 56 people. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis as data analysis techniques. The results showed Training is a significant effect on employee performance.
