Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of influence of work discipline to the performance of the employees in PU Bina Marga palembang. The population in this research are 80 respondents from all employees of PU Bina Marga Palembang. by census method . The technique used to collect data is questionnaire technique by giving the questionaires to the respondents and the analyses technique used is simple regression analysis. The result showed that the influence of work discipline.has a significant effect to the PU.Bina Marga Palembang.
