Abstract
Rain is an evaporation process that occurs on the surface of the earth from areas of water, plants, or land. The process of occurrence of rain is related to the water cycle or the hydrologic cycle. This cycle causes water to fall from the atmosphere to the arth’s surface. The purpose of this study is to classify rain events using the fuzzy decision tree method. Predicting rain on data using the fuzzy decision tree method. The method used is the fuzzy decision tree method with the C4.5 algorithm. The result is the classification of weather forecasts or rain events, the results show that accuracy is 78,24%, precision is 82,92%, recall is 90,54%, specificity is 55,79% and f1 score is 63,34%.
