Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the physical work environment on the performance of employees at the Sako District Office in Palembang City. Determination of respondents in this study is by census where the entire population is 60 people who become respondents. The data collection technique questionnaires and the analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in Sako District, Palembang City. The suggestion that can be given in this study is that leaders improve the physical work environment and pay attention to office facilities to improve employee performance.
