Abstract

This research is titled “the Influence of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Learning Model Application against Studying Result of High School Students in Grade XI at South Indralaya 1 High School". The problem in this script was that was there any influence of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Learning Model Application against Studying Result of High School Students in Grade XI at South Indralaya 1 High School. This research was designed to know whether there was influence of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Learning Model Application against Studying Result of High School Students in Grade XI at South Indralaya 1 High School. The method utilized in this research is quasi experiment. The sample of this research is Social Study Class XI and Social Study Class 2 as experiment class and Social Study Class 1 as control class with Random Sampling. The collecting datas technique used in this research was using tests/exams. From the examination test from the sample obtained average score from experiment class 83,44 and control class 79,10. Statistical test used in this research Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) against Studying Result of High School Students in Grade XI at South Indralaya 1 High School was t-test obtainrd, t_hitung > t_tabel or t_hitung = 2,32 > t_tabel = 1,672 so it can be concluded that there is a influence.
