Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation to the employee’s performance at Community Health Centers of Makrayu in Palembang. The population of this study are the total number of employees at Community Health Centers of Makrayu in Palembang, which requires 52 people. Sampling technique from this research using technique saturation sampling or census method, it means all members of the population sampled this study that’s as many as 52 people. The method used in this study is primary data obtained by spreading questionnaires and simple regression analysis as data analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the motivation has a positive effect to the employee’s performance
