Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on the performance of auditors at the Audit Board of Representatives of South Sumatra Province. The sample from the population in this study were examiners from the South Sumatra Province Representative Office of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia, totaling 51 people. The data collection technique used proportional simple random sampling in which all employees had the opportunity to become a sample which was then distributed and filled in by 51 examiners from the South Sumatra Province Representative Office of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia consisting of First Examiners, Junior Examiners, and Middle Examiners. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. Based on the results of the study it is known that the Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on the examiner's performance.
