Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan tentang pelaksanaan pelatihan menjahit yang meliputi perencanaan pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan evaluasi pelatihan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. dalam hasil penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 aspek meliputi (1) perencanaan menyiapkan pemateri pelatihan, tempat pelatihan, jadwal pelatihan, materi pelatihan serta media dan metode yang akan digunakan, (2) tahap pelaksanaan yaitu melakukan kesesuaian tempat, kesesusaian media, kesesuaian pemateri, dan kesesuaian metode yang cocok untuk diberikan kepada peserta didik, (3) tahap evaluasi yaitu tutor melakukan evaluasi setiap selesai memberikan materi ke peserta didik. Simpulan hasil penelitian penelitian ini dalam perencanaan pelatihan sudah berjalan dengan baik, pelaksanaan pelatihan sudah melakukan kesesuaian tempat dan metode yang dipakai, materi dan media yang sesuai untuk peserta didik, dalam tahap evaluasi tutor memberikan ujian setiap selesai memberi materi. Kata Kunci : Pelaksanaan pelatihan menjahit. ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the implementation of sewing training which includes training planning, training implementation and training evaluation. This type of research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. the results of this study consisted of 3 aspects including (1) planning to prepare training presenters, training venues, training schedules, training materials as well as media and methods to be used, (2) implementation phases, namely conducting site suitability, media suitability, speaker suitability, and the appropriateness of the suitable method to be given to students, (3) the evaluation phase, namely the tutor conducts an evaluation each time after giving material to students. The conclusion of the results of this research in planning the training has been going well, the implementation of the training has made the suitability of the place and the methods used, materials and media that are appropriate for students, at the evaluation stage the tutor gives an exam after each material.
