Abstract

This study aims to see whether the operational audit of inventory at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk has been held effectively. The object of this research is PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) tbk in the scope of operational audit of inventory. The data which used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data is the result of interview and the secondary data are organization structure, job description, and standard operating procedures. Analysis of data use qualitative descriptive analysis method. The result of this study shows that the operational audit of inventory has been held effectively cause the problems still in tolerance
