Abstract

This study aims to empirically prove the influence of HR competencies, the application of regional financial accounting systems, the use of information tecbnology, and the internal control system on regional quality work systems. (SKPD) in Empat Lawang District, South Sumatra. This research was conducted in 27 SKPD of 10 agencies, 15 offices, I regional office and I civil service unit located in Empat Lawang District Data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The study shows that HR competencies and internal control systems affect the quality of local government financial reports, the Four Lawang District, while the regional financial accounting systems and information technology do not affect the quality of the financial statements of the. local government of Empat Lawang District.
