Abstract

The development of science and technology provides an opportunity for companies to innovate and change the manual procurement system into a website based procurement system CV. Gemilang Utama Ekspress still procures goods and services by recording and storing data in workbooks. This results in the risk of loss or damage to data, calculation errors, and difficulties in making reports. Therefore, the author aims to design and build a procurement information system for goods and services at CV. Gemilang Utama Ekspress with CodeIgniter 3 framework with PHP programming language and MySQL DBMS. The results of the research are expected to help the admin's performance to be more efficient. The results of testing carried out using a black box show that the application built is aligned with CV. Gemilang Utama Ekspress needs.
