Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and compensation on work productivity of the employees of the Orchart Mine Geologist Division of PT Agincourt Resources. This study uses primary data. Based on the saturated sampling method, a total of 57 employees were obtained. Data collection was carried out using interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the employee competency variable has a negative and significant effect on work productivity, while the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect.
