Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how to determine the selling price Of PCC cement and the efforts to improve profitability of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk. PT Semen Baturaja Tbk is one of the largest State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in The cement industry. However, in determining the selling price of PCC cement, there is a Difference of selling price in each region, beside the company Profitability ratio tends to decrease in the last 3 years. Types of data used are primary data and secondary data obtained by interview on the company of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk. The research method used is qualitative descriptive that aims to describe and reveal problems, situations, and events that occur at PT Semen Baruraja Tbk in determining the sale price of PCC cement. lt can be concluded that the determination of PCC cement selling price is determined by the board of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk and the difference between PCC cement selling price in each region caused by several factors, namely area factor. mileage, and cement supply. And efforts to increase profitability is to expand the marketing are.a of PT Semen Baturaja, and use alternative materials to save production cost.
