Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa PPKn FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya terhadap perlindungan konsumen online shop berdasarkan undang-undang nomor 8 tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen, penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode bersifat deskriptif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi dan kuisoner, berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa PPKn FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya terhadap perlindungan konsumen online shop berdasarkan undang-undang nomor 8 tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen adalah positif, dimana diperoleh nilai rata-rata 78,37% 62,5%. Rekapitulasi tersebut didapatkan dari hasil rata-rata yaitu indikator asas perlidungan konsumen 76,21% dan indikator hak perlindungan konsumen 80,54%, dengan demikian peneliti menarik kesimpulan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa FKIP PPKn Universitas Sriwijaya terhadap perlindungan konsumen online shop berdasarkan undang-undang nomor 8 tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen adalah positif dengan skor rata-rata 78,37% dikarenakan hasil rekapitulasi yang diperoleh peneliti melalui analisis data dengan interval persentase adalah 62,5%. Dimana telah ditentukan sebelumnya bahwa skor ≥ 62,5% memiliki kriteria tingkat persepsi positif dan skor ≤62,5% memiliki kriteria tingkat persepsi negatif. Kata Kunci: Online Shop, Persepsi Mahasiswa, Perlindungan Konsumen ABSTRACT This study aims to determined the perceptions of students of PPKn FKIP Sriwijaya University on consumer protection online shop based on law number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection, this study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, sampling using purposive sampling and data collection through documentation and questionnaire, based on the results of the study showed that the perceptions of the students of PPKn FKIP at Sriwijaya University on consumer protection of online shops based on law number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection were positive, which obtained an average value of 78.37% (≥) 62.5%. The recapitulation is obtained from the average results, namely consumer protection principle 76.21% and consumer protection rights indicators 80.54%, thus the researcher draws the conclusion that the perception of FKIP PPKn students of Sriwijaya University towards consumer protection online shop based on law number 8 in 1999 about consumer protection was positive with an average score of 78.37% because the results of the recapitulation obtained by researchers through data analysis with percentage intervals were 62.5%. Where it has been previously determined that the score ≥ 62.5% has the criteria for the level of positive perception and a score of ≤62.5% has the criteria for the level of negative perceptions.
