Abstract
Novita Anggelica Suri. Quality Analysis Of Biscuit Nutrition Based On Swamp Grass During Storage Process. (Supervised by SOFIA SANDI and RISWANDI). Biscuit is a modification from feed which form, this modification done because in the wafer making there are several disadvantages, long operating time so it is less efficient. The purpose of this study to determine the quality of biscuit nutrition based on swamp grass during the storage process. This research was hold in the Experimental Cage of Animal Science and Animal Nutrition and Food Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, for 3 months. The method used in this study is an experimental method. This study was assigned in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consists of 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments are: R1 = (Storage of 0 weeks), R2 = (Storage of 2 weeks), R3 = (Storage of 4 weeks), R4 = (Storage of 6 weeks). The experimental variable observed were dry matter content (BK), organic matter (BO), crude protein (PK). The results showed that the quality of biscuit nutrition based on swamp grass during the storage process had a significant effect (P <0.05) on dry matter, organic matter and crude protein. It can be concluded that quality of biscuit nutrition based on swamp grass during the storage process can affect dry matter, organic matter and crude protein.
