Abstract

Bottled drinking water (AMDK) is drinking water that is ready for consumption without having to go through the heating process first and its practical use, so now many people choose to use AMDK which makes the amount of AMDK production increase. The amount of bottled water production needs to be planned appropriately because it can affect the level of sales and market demand. To plan the amount of AMDK production in the future is not easy because of the uncertainty of the existing factors. Therefore, a system is needed that can predict the amount of AMDK production in the future to make it easier for companies to make decisions. In this study, the amount of production will be predicted and compared the results using Sugeno and Mamdani methods. In the context of consistent and measurable production quantity prediction sugeno and mamdani methods are more commonly used and easier to understand and apply. Predictions were made based on 87 data that have been obtained. From the results of comparative analysis conducted MAPE results obtained by 43.66% for sugeno method and 32.5% for mamdani method. As for MAE results obtained 36650.14 for sugeno method, and 42060.06 for mamdani.
