Abstract

This study aims: (1) To find out and analyze how much influence morale has on employee performance at the Four Lawang Regency Fire and Rescue Service, (2) To find out and analyze how much influence work discipline has on employee work performance at the Four Lawang Regency Fire and Rescue Service. Data collection techniques use survey methods by distributing questionnaires and then the results are processed with the Statistical Program for Social Science. This study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. These results show that morale and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of employees at the Four Lawang Regency Fire and Rescue Service.
