Abstract
This research aims to prove the influence of self-esteem on the learning achievement of students in Economic Education Study Program, Sriwijaya University academic year 2020. This research is a causal associative research. The population in this research is all students of the Economic Education Study Program, Sriwijaya University. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique so that the sample in the research was all students of Economic Education Study Program, Sriwijaya University academic year 2020. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that there was an influence of self-esteem on the learning achievement of students in Economic Education Study Program, Sriwijaya University academic year 2020. This is evidenced by a hypothesis test using parametric statistics, namely the t test with a significant level of 0.05, so that the calculated of t count ≥ t table is 4,878 ≥ 1,994 which means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended for students to be able to increase self-esteem in order to increase learning achievement achieved. Keywords: Self Esteem, Learning Achievement
