Abstract
This research aims to prove the influence of active knowledge sharing learning strategy towards the learners’ activities of learning on economics subjects in SMAN 1 Indralaya. This was an experimental research, which used pre-experimental design with one group pre-observation and post-observation design. Population in this research were all X social classes in SMAN 1 Indralaya. Sampling technique in this study was cluster random sampling and X social 1 class was chosen as the experimental group with the total of 32 students. Data collection technique used was observation, using Likert scale. Data analysis technique used was t-test. There was an increase of 14.2 of the learners’ observation data and the average of the researcher’s observation data was 96,1%, which was in very good category. The results of the test showed that t-obtained was 11.15 and t-table was 1.683. It is true that tobtained > ttable. Therefore, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. It can be concluded that there was an influence of active knowledge sharing learning strategy towards learners’ activities of learning on economic subjects in SMAN 1 Indralaya. It is recommended that researchers who will implement Active Knowledge Sharing learning strategies to supervise and guide individual learners to focus on topics given so that they can actively participate during the teaching learning process.
