Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Buruh Pemanen Kelapa Sawit pada PT Persada Sawit Mas Secondong Estate. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 65 orang responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling Nonprobability Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Data yang diperoleh diuji dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, Metode Suksesif Interval (MSI), analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi (r), analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji t. Data analisis menggunakan program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 24. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Keselamatan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Buruh Pemanen Kelapa Sawit pada PT Persada Sawit Mas Secondong Estate.
