Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the level of achievement of levies of Regional Taxes and Regional Levies on the Regional Original Revenues of the Province of South Sumatra in 2013-2017 already effective and efficient and to find out the Regional Taxes and Regional Levies on the Regional Original Revenues of the Province of South Sumatra in 2013-2017 have contributed. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods.Data obtained by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. Data collection techniques used are contribution analysis, efficiency analysis, and effectiveness analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The level of efficiency for regional taxes and retributions during 2013-2017 was in the inefficient category. (2) The level of effectiveness of local taxes for 5 years at a very effective level. (3) effectiveness of regional levies for 5 years at an effective level. (4) the contribution of regional taxes to the original income of the province of South Sumatra for 5 years greatly contributed. (5) Contribution of regional levies to local revenue for 5 years greatly contributes. Keywords : Efficiency, Effectiveness, Regional Tax Contribution Regional Retributio, Regional Original Revenue
