Abstract

Abstract: This dedication is a focus on Strengthening the Management of BUMDes Semarak Berseri Sumber Rahayu Village, Rambang District, Muara Enim Regency. The method used is training with stages of preparation, planning, implementation and evaluation. The result of perpetuation is weak management caused by limited Human Resources and the inability of managers to innovate on existing potential. In addition, the management of BUMDes which often changes to be one of the obstacles to running BUMDes for the better, this is due to the fairly slow administration process. The process of changing management should be immediately taken over by the new manager. Another factor is that the capital owned is still lacking. This training provides new insights related to the management of BUMDes.
