Abstract
The purpose of this knowledge management system based on web is to create the media that can be used to document and share the knowledge in company, and also the information that required for mechanics and front desk in car repair service, where the final goal is to improve the competitive advantages for company. We used RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodology for this system development. We used PHP software and MySQL as database to design implementation knowledge management system car repair service with case base reasoning method on PT Berlian Maju Motor Palembang,. We hope the result of this analysis and system development can be used to improve the knowledge of company employees, especially on car repair service. With this knowledge management system, PT Berlian Maju Motor Palembang is able to solve the problems in workshop and improve the quality of services.
