Abstract
This study entitled " Discipline Employee Work at Office of the Central River Region VIII Sumatra (Directorate General of Water Resources) ".The background of this study is the presence of employees who braking the stipulation of office hours and negligent in completing the work. The purpose of this study is to describe how much "Discipline Employee Work at Office of the Central River Region VIII Sumatra. This reseach uses descripive quantitative reseach wih 56 sample respondents. This sudy uses he concept of Rivai Veitzzal by 5 indicator, presence, obey he rules, adhere to work standards, high alertness , and work ethically . the result showed that Discipline Employee Work at Office of the Central River Region VIII Sumatra quite good. However, there is still a shortage of them are still their employees are less concerned with the rules. This study provides suggestions for Work Discipline of Civil State Office of Administrative Central River Region VIII can better.
