Abstract

This research aims to determine the perception of Kelurahan Timbangan, Kecamatan North Indralaya resident abaut the performance of traffic and road transfort agency’s employees of Ogan Ilir Regency. This region has population is 1.765 family head in the Kelurahan Timbangan. The samples are acquired by using probability sampling, which is cluster sampling based on Isaac and Michael table with 5% margin of error, the sample is 147 people. Data acquiring method used in this research to collect the important information for data analysis process is questionnaire an documentation the data analysis process using descriptive statistic, which range formula is ( r ) 148-37 = 111, cathegory (k) is 2 (criteria which are arranged on objective criteria of a variable are positive and negative), and ( r )= 111:2 (k)=55,5 the the assessment criteria is nighest core-median=148-55.5=92.5. Based on the result of the data analysis process, it can be concluded that the residen’t perception about the performance of traffic and road tranford agency employees is positive whit average score is 111, more than 92.5.
