Abstract

The study was entitled "The Quality Of Dental And Oral Health Services At Puskesmas In Gelumbang Muara Enim District". The purpose of this study was lo determine whether the quality of dental and oral health services in gelumbang Muara Enim district. The type ~f this research is descriptive research which is using qualitative research methods the types of data are used primary data and secondary data, and the data collection techniques in this study is used through observation, interviewand documentation. This study is used quality services that theory proposed by Zeithaml, Berry and Parasuraman which are consist of.five dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty. Based on the result of the research. ii will be seen the quality of dental and oral health services at Puskesmas in Gelumbang Muara Enim. The tangible is not really good because there are some tools of dental room are not avaiable and the parking area is less adequate, especially for car vehicles. In reliability the services at Puskesmas is good enough. Responsiveness on the quick response of health and good in service patients and clarity in providing information to patient is good The assurance is about the ability of the nurse to service every complaints from the patients is good Then, emphaty the attention and understanding of the nurse in providing services to patients is good The conclusion of this research is that the quality of dental and oral health service at Puskesmas in Gelumbang as a whole are good The suggestion from the researcher at Puskesmas in Gelumbang to fasilitate the infrastucture to create a better service quality and the health officer at Puskesmas in Gelumbang must have a high discipline in order to give the best service to the patient.
