Abstract

This research aims to know the level of satisfaction of students against the use of the website in the Faculty of social science and political science Unviersitas Srivijaya in 2017. Data collection performed is the spread of a detailed questionnaire to 100 people the respondents which is student Faculty of social and political sciences Sriwijaya University starting from the year 2014 until 2017 and make observations about the secondary data collection. Dimensions used are the quality of the information, the quality of interactions and ease of use. Dimensions used are the quality of the information, the quality of interactions and ease of use. The value of service quality based on the dimensions of service quality i.e. 4.3 or very good, based on the dimensions of the quality of the interaction is 4.1 or better, and ease of use of dimension 5 or very good. Of all these parameters, then the inferred timgkat student satisfaction against the use of the website in the Faculty of social science and political science University of Sriwijaya was good with a score of 4. Then it can be inferred that the students are satisfied in using the website of the Faculty of social and political science Unviersitas of Sriwijaya.
