Abstract

Sagita Ladies Style Boutique is a place of business that sells and rents various types of clothing while always maintaining the best quality and service to customers. However, currently the transaction process is still done manually and customers must come directly to make a purchase or rental. This is impractical because the customer requires more time and effort. In addition, the transaction process is carried out by hand on the transaction book so that it is prone to calculation errors and sloppy writing. In the end, the report preparation process took quite a long time because they had to recalculate and collect previous transaction records which were sometimes lost or misplaced, making it difficult to prepare reports at the end of the month. This research aims to build applications that can make it easier to manage transactions and make reports easier and faster.
