Abstract

MUHAMMAD HAMDI ALFAJRI, NPK Analysis Of Liquid Fertilizer of Tilapia Viscera Waste (Oreochromis niloticus) with a Combination of Adding Kepok Banana Peel (Musa acuminata balbisiana colla). (Supervised by SITI HANGGITA R.J). Liquid organic fertilizer is a solution formed from the fermentation process of materials derived from living things that can be made from animal waste and plant residues or fruits that contain more than one nutrient. This study aims to utilize tilapia viscera waste (Oreochromis niloticus) as raw material in the process of making liquid organic fertilizer and to determine the comparative effect of the use of variations in material composition in making liquid organic fertilizer on macronutrient content. This study was conducted using the Group Randomized Design (RAK) method with 3 levels of treatment and 3 repeats. The treatment used in this study was the difference in the composition of the ingredients used in making liquid organic fertilizer, namely A1 (fish viscera waste 75%, banana peel 25%), A2 (fish viscera waste 50%, banana peel 50%), A3 (fish viscera waste 25%, banana peel 75%). The parameters tested in this study were the content of macronutrients nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), c-organic (C), and c/n ratio. The results of the study found C, N, P, K, and C/N Ratio levels. The maximum obtained in this study was c-organic (C) levels of 3.193% in A1 treatment, nitrogen (N) 0.237% in A1 treatment, phosphorus (P) 0.074% in A1 treatment, potassium (K) 0.245% in A3 treatment, c/n ratio 20.373 in A3 treatment. The C/N Ratio obtained in this study got the results of the A1 treatment of 13.500, the A2 treatment of 11.873, A3 treatment of 20.373. Each treatment has met the quality standard based on the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Year 2019 Number 261 / KPTS / SR.310 / M / 4/2019, namely ≤ 25.
