Abstract

Background : Physical fitness can protect your Physic and body from the post-covid-19 virus. Research in Yogyakarta shows that 63.17% of students have "Not good" physical fitness and 51.61% of girls. In addition to physical activity related to physical fitness, lack of iron intake causes low physical fitness. In 2018, only 35.1% of female students received iron tablets in Bengkulu Province, the low coverage of Blood Supplementary Tablets (TTD) is related to the regularity of taking iron tablets (iron intake). Research purposes; analyze the Effect of Blood Supplement Tablets and Physical Activity on Physical Fitness. Research One Group Pre-Post Quasi Experiment, with the method of Pre-Post Test Physical Fitness on 131 female students from 2 groups (MTSN 1 & SMPN 6). Results; 31.3% of young women did not take iron tablets regularly and 59% of those who "did not routinely" gave the reason "nausea because they haven't had breakfast". There is a relationship between taking blood supplement tablets regularly for 5 weeks (TTD5) to the Post Test of Physical fitness for young women at MTS N 1 and SMP N 6 "(p value 0.000 <0.05). There is a difference in the physical activity of young women at MTS N 1 and SMPN (p value 0.000 <0.05), namely MTS N 1 of 36.63% "Moderate" physical activity and 66.67% "Low" physical activity at SMPN 6, There is a relationship between Physical Activity and the Pre and Post-Test Physical Fitness" (p value 0.000 <0.05 and Z value -9.931), Wilcox significance results on test 0.002 <0.05 proves the difference in physical fitness before being given TTD (pre-test) and after being given TTD for 5 weeks (post-test). Conclusion; "There is an effect of Blood Supplement Tablets and Physical Activity on the Physical Fitness of Young Girls at MTS N 1 and SMP N 6 Bengkulu City" and Based on the results of this study, the researcher suggests that "Physical Fitness Test method is a way of measuring that is cheap, easy and can be done by anyone so that anyone can find out the success of taking Blood Supplement Tablets (TTD) for young women at school.
