Abstract

SMP PGRI Prabumulih is an educational institution where the payment of committee contributions from the school is still done manually, namely recording on the payment card then the payment data is recapitulated in the book and often makes mistakes in the results of making reports, so that the current system is not optimal. Therefore, a committee contribution system is needed that can record, process data accurately and process the payment of commission dues so that it can be more accurate, effective, efficient, and simplify the process Report generation thereby reducing errors in payment reports. The data collection method uses interviews, observations and literature studies, while in system design the author uses the Rational Unified Process "RUP" method, makes design designs with Unifed Modeling Language (UML) visual modeling and uses software built using PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database. The result of the research that has been done is a data processing application that can maximize admin work in carrying out the process of data processing, payment and making committee contribution reports at SMP PGRI Prabumulih.
