Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial compensation on employee performance at the Sukarami Sub-district office in Palembang City. The research employs a quantitative method with a questionnaire as the research instrument. The population of this study consists of 39 individuals, with 39 respondents as the sample, using a saturated sample where the entire population will be selected as the research sample. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the analysis results, it is concluded that financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Sukarami Sub-district Office, Palembang City. This research is expected to be beneficial for the Sukarami Sub-district office in Palembang City to enhance the financial compensation of its employees to encourage better employee performance and achieve optimal work results.
