Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang tentang pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang sebanyak 219 siswa dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 142 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dalam bentuk tes pemahaman melalui google form. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu rumus persentase. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian mengenai tingkat pemahaman siswa SMA Srijyaya Negara Palembang tentang pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba pada 142 sampel penelitian, diperoleh informasi bahwa ada sebanyak 87% (123 siswa) memiliki tingkat pemahaman dengan kategori sedang, 7% (10 siswa) dengan tingkat kategori rendah, dan 6% (9 siswa) dengan tingkat kategori sangat rendah. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman siswa SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang tentang pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba berada pada kategori sedang. Kata Kunci : Pemahaman, Narkoba, Siswa
