Abstract

Pulau Kemaro terkenal karena daya tarik wisata utamanya pada bidang sejarah, budaya, alam, serta keagamaan dimana terletak fasilitas peribadatan umat Tridharma terbesar di Kota Palembang berupa Kelenteng dan Pagoda 9 Lantai. Untuk memperkuat daya tarik wisata, Pemerintah Kota Palembang melakukan upaya pengembangan Pulau Kemaro dengan menyusun rencana pengembangan wisata yang meliputi fasilitas wisata edukasi, rekreasi, penginapan, dan kuliner. Proyek tugas akhir ini berfokus pada perancangan pusat wisata kuliner. Konsep arsitektur tepian sungai dipilih dalam merespon konteks lingkungan sekitar yang berada di Daerah Aliran Sungai Musi. Penataan kawasan dengan membentuk aliran air sungai dalam tapak yang terhubung dengan sungai musi guna membentuk konsep tepian air yang hidup, penataan massa dalam tapak yang mencoba mengoptimalkan view sungai, penataan tata hijau yang dikonsep, dan area sirkulasi yang terintegrasi dengan existing sekitarnya agar memudahkan akses sirkulasi pengunjung. Bentuk massa mengadaptasi bentuk atap dan layout dari Rumah Limas Palembang yang dimodifikasi sesuai dengan lingkungan dan kebutuhan ruang dalam bangunan. Sistem struktur yang digunakan adalah struktur tiang pancang dengan rangka atap baja yang disesuaikan dengan model rumah panggung. Sistem utilitas pada bangunan menyesuaikan lingkungan sekitar tapak dalam hal ini pemanfaatan sumber yang ada seperti pengolahan air Sungai Musi dan sistem utilitas yang ada pada kawasan wisata. Kemaro Island is famous for its main tourist attraction in the fields of history, culture, nature, and religion where the largest Tridharma worship facility in Palembang City is located in the form of a 9-floor Temple and Pagoda. The Palembang City Government is working to enhance the tourist attraction of Kemaro Island by creating a tourism development plan that includes educational, recreational, lodging, and culinary tourism facilities. This final project focuses on designing a culinary tourism center. The riverside architectural concept was chosen in response to the context of the surrounding environment in the Musi River Basin. Area arrangement by forming the flow of river water in the site that is connected to the Musi River to form a living water bank concept, mass arrangement in the site that tries to optimize the view of the river, green layout arrangement that is conceptualized, and circulation areas that are integrated with the existing surroundings so as to facilitate access for visitor circulation. The shape of the mass adapts the roof shape and layout of the Palembang Limas House which is modified according to the environment and space requirements in the building. The structural system used is a pile structure with a steel roof frame suitable for the pile house model, with a steel roof frame used in place. The utility system in the building adapts to the environment around the site, in this case the utilization of existing resources such as the Musi River water treatment and existing utility systems in tourist areas.
