Abstract
AVO is the mosi important part of the performance indicators in transport in a region. In the developing couniries like the United States AVO calculalion as cm indicalor of the performance of transportaiion becomes very important in evaluating a road. The higher the vaiue so the higher the AVO will indicate that passengers who travel compared to the number of vehicles in use on the road. The data collection was done manually mth Roadside Windshield method. The results of the anaiysis inc&cate that on weekdays and in the morning rush hour occupcmcy vaiue is still very small. Total occupancy of AVO calculation for Monday is 1.44 Ivfonday and for Saturday is 1.49. Due to the small vaiue of occupancy that occurred in the uplifi. it needs the application of the concept Transportation Demand Management (TDM). Application of TDM mil help reduce the number of private cars passing and will cfirectiy reduce exhaust gas emissions.
