Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance expectations, business expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions, on user behavior behavioral intention on PayLater on the Shopee application. The research sample was 100 respondents by distributing questionnaires via Google from. The model to be used is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology or UTAUT to measure system acceptance factors. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 students in the province of South Sumatra. The processed data was analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with several stages in the form of calculating outer loading using convergence validity and discriminant validity and inner loading using the Path Coefficient to determine whether or not the UTAUT model variable had a significant effect. The results of the study show that performance expectations have no effect on PayLater user behavior (behavioral intention) in the shopee application. Effort expectations (effort expectations) have a positive effect on PayLater user behavior (Behavioral intention) on the shopee application. Social (social influence) has no effect on PayLater user behavior (Behavioral intention) on the shopee application. Supporting facilities (condition facilitation) have a positive effect on PayLater user behavior (behavioral intention) in the shopee application.
