Abstract

SMA Negeri 14 Palembang pada masa pandemi virus Covid-19 memanfaatkan beberapa platform online seperti Google Classroom dan WhatsApp dalam membantu menunjang proses belajar-mengajar dan belum memiliki platfom pembelajaran online sendiri. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan membuat aplikasi Learning Management System di SMAN 14 Palembang dengan pendekatan UCD (User Centered Design). Metode UCD digunakan untuk mendapatkan apa saja kebutuhan dan harapan dari pengguna untuk sebuah sistem dimana pengguna sendiri dijadikan sebagai pusatnya sehingga hasil yang diharapkan adalah sebuah aplikasi yang sesuai dengan dengan keinginan pengguna. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi Learning Management System yang berhasil dikembangkan berbasis website dengan 12 use case, 15 fitur, dan telah dilakukan pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing terhadap 99 butir uji dan dievaluasi oleh pengguna dengan rincian 12 butir uji oleh siswa, 8 butir uji oleh guru, dan 10 butir uji oleh operator dengan hasil pengujian 100% valid atau tercapai.
