Abstract

Ade Alvin Okta Priana. Implementation of the Village Government Work Plan for Development in Mandala Sari Village, Lalan District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study aims to find out how successful the implementation of the Work Plan in Development in Mandala Sari Village is. Where the implementation of policies in Mandala Sari Village has not met a number of criteria/indicators and cannot be categorized as a successful village in development. Based on the formulation of the research problem above, to answer the research objectives, the author uses Jan Merse's theory in Kadji (2015). According to him, there are four things that influence policy implementation, which are absolute, including information, policy content, community support, and potential sharing. This study uses qualitative methods in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques such as observation and interviews. The method of determining research informants uses the triagulation method. With a location in Mandala Sari Village, Lalan District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The results showed that the implementation of the village government work plan for development in Mandala Sari Village, Lalan District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, which was carried out by Mandala Sari Village, had an overview of how the information in implementing work plans, policy content, community support in implementing work plans, and sharing potential in Mandala Sari Village. In its implementation it has not been realized optimally, because there are still influencing factors such as inappropriate policy content, lack of community participation or community support in village development and inadequate village potential.
