Abstract
Mangrove ecosystem with physical properies very sensitive to polution, especially oil polution because oil will acumulated and trapped in substrates. This condition will destroy a growth and development of mangrove trees so that all of the mangrove ecosystem will be distrupted. Bioremediation is an effective, efficient, and economicaly technology for recovery environmental pollution. This research examine bioremediation process with indigeneous bacteria from mangrove ecosystem so that can more effective bioremediation because the bacterias need no more longer adaptation period. The aim of this research was found an indigenous bacteria isolates from Sungsang mangrove ecosystem and knowing their ability to degrade oil pollution. The hudrocarbonclastic bacteria that found from mangrove ecosystem will used as a bioremediation agent for recovery oil pollution in mangrove ecosystem. In the firsh step, indigenous bacteria was isolated from mangrove ecosystem from Sungsang and then all of the isolates was select for their properties to live in environment with oil. The siolates that can grow in the environment with oil and then selected for their Properties for using oil as a carbon sources. In this research 117 bacterias was isolated from Sungsang mangrove ecosystem, 97 isolates can grow in the environment with oil, and 17 isolates can use oil as a carbon source. From optimation process to N : P ratio the bacterias can grow better in N : P ratio 10 : 1 and in 5% oil concentration. From the indigeneous bacteria will produced a bacterial consortium that have good ability to grade oil pollution in mangrove ecosystem
