Abstract

This thesis has a background of financial management research, lack of human resources professionals in managing fund program posyandu not yet maximal. This thesis is al Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) in Margamulya Village, Sinar Peninjauan Sub-District of Ogan Komering Ulu South Suma/era 2015 with the aim to know about Fund Management of Integrated Service Post Program (Posyandu) in Margamulya Village, Sinar Peninjuan Sub-District Ogan Komering Ulu lnduk Suma/era South 2015. The theory used in this study is the model of financial management according to Abdul Halim (2001: 32), where the financial management model has four stages of planning, organizing, implemenlation, supervision. This study used qualitative research methods. The findings in the field seen from the theory, among others: (I) the planning stage has been good, (2) the organizing stage is good, (3) the implemen/alion stage has not been maximized, (4) supervision stage has not been maximized. The conclusion that the management of integrated service post program funds (Posyandu) has not been optimal due to some obstacles encounlered Suggeslions proposed include: (I) it is important lo conduct training and guidance for cadres who are directly or indirectly involved in managing posyandu, cadres should be given salary,(2) To further increase community participation in the future, posyandu has a proper place to carry ou/ all activilies related to mother and child.
