Abstract

Technological developments are currently very rapid, and increasingly technological developments are increasingly playing a role in people's needs in almost all areas of life. SD Negeri 2 Peracak currently still uses face-to-face meetings to make or submit complaints from the community, requiring the community to come directly to school. The data collection method used is Primary and Secondary and uses the development method using the Rational Unified Process (RUP). The design method uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) and uses PHP and Mysql programming languages. By making the Web-Based Community Complaint Application at SD Negeri 2 Peracak it will make it easier for the community to submit complaints against the school and make it easier for the school to manage every incoming complaint. Testing this application uses Blackbox testing.
