Abstract

The aim of this research is testing the relationship between learning behaviour and students learning outcomes on economic subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Palembang. This research used Correlation Asosiative method . the population of this research is all of X IPS Class at SMA Negeri 3 Palembang. The sample of this research used Simple random sampling technique with formula from Taro Yamen or Slovin so there are 57 students from every X IPS Class. X IPS I Class is 17 students, X IPS 2 Class is 14 students, X IPS 3 Class is 12 students, X IPS 4 Class is 14 students. Data collection technique used questionnaire and documentation. Questionnaire data analysis technique used descriptive method percentage formula and data analysis technique of learning outcomes used learning outcomes category. The hypothesis used parametric statistical correlation Pearson Product Moment so it gets the value = 0,828 ≥ = 0,261 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion is there’s a strong relationship between learning behaviour and students learning outcomes on economic subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Palembang. Suggested to the teacher for give interesting learning, provide reading references to students, and give motivation to students to study harder at school and at home.
