Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar mahasiswa bidikmisi dalam menyelesaikan masa studi di FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dengan jumlah 169 mahasiswa bidikmisi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan angket atau kusioner google form. Pengukuran motivasi belajar mahasiswa bidikmisi dalam menyelesaikan masa studi di FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya menggunakan 3 indikator sebagai acuan yaitu pengalaman, kebutuhan, dan minat. Motivasi belajar mahasiswa bidikmisi dalam menyelesaikan masa studi di FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya sudah sangat baik, dapat dilihat dari persentase angket yang di isi oleh mahasiswa yang memperoleh hasil indikator pengalaman 85% dengan kategori sangat tinggi, indikator kebutuhan 88% dengan kategori sangat tinggi dan indikator minat 75% dengan kategori tinggi, dengan rata-rata sebesar 82,67% dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan ketiga indikator, yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah minat mahasiswa yang memiliki skor paling rendah diantara ketiga indikator tersebut. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Belajar, Mahasiswa Bidikmisi
