Abstract
This research aims to identify the influence of two main variables, namely budgetary participation and information literacy, on managerial performance at PT. Barataguna Indoganesha with the moderation of work motivation, organizational commitment, and leadership style. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to managers and employees at PT. Barataguna Indoganesha, with a sample and population of 16 managers. The collected data were then analyzed using the Moderated Regression Analysis technique with an interaction approach. The research findings show that budgetary participation does not have a significant effect on managerial performance, while information literacy has a significant effect on managerial performance. Furthermore, the research results indicate that work motivation is unable to moderate the influence of budgetary participation on managerial performance, but organizational commitment and leadership style can moderate the influence of budgetary participation on managerial performance. Moreover, it was found that work motivation and organizational commitment are unable to moderate the influence of information literacy on managerial performance, whereas leadership style can moderate the influence of information literacy on managerial performance.
