Abstract

This research is entitled "School Service Program Management by the Education Office of Palembang City". This study aims to determine the management of the service program for not stopping school by the Palembang City Education Office. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data obtained primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses the theory of George R. Terry regarding management functions. The results of this study indicate that the management of the non-stop school service program by the Palembang City Education Office has been running optimally, but there are still several obstacles, especially the dimensions of implementation and supervision. The advice given is to carry out an in-depth evaluation of each existing dimension, so that the program can run optimally.
