Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variations of passing exercises using the inside of the foot on the results of the accuracy of futsal passing in athletes of Club Academy Petro Under Age 15-17 Years in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method. The research design used was one group pretest-posttest design. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 35 people. The research instrument is test and measurement. The results of data processing and analysis using the data normality test and hypothesis testing with the t test formula, that zig-zag running exercises affect the agility results of futsal players. This can be seen in the analysis of the results of the study, with a tcount value of 14,474 and a ttable of 2.03 (df 34) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and an increase in the average value of 2.60. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of varying passing exercises on the accuracy of lower passing using the inner leg of the Futsal Club Academy Petro Under Age 15-17 Years in Penukal Abab Regency Lematang Ilir after being given the treatment of pair passing training for 5 weeks. Various passing exercises really have an impact on the results of the accuracy of passing futsal players. The implication of this study is that the variation of passing exercises has a significant effect on the accuracy of futsal players.
