Abstract

PT. Bara Permata Mining merupakan salah satu kontraktor perusahaan tambang batubara yang terletak di desa Mekar jadi Kecamatan Sungai Lilin, kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.Sumatera Selatan. Sistem Penambangan yang diterapkan di PT. Bara Permata Mining menggunakan sistem tambang terbuka dengan bentuk kegiatan penambangan menggunakan metode konvesional, kegiatan penambangan yang dilakukan di PT. Bara Permata Mining meliputi pembersihan lahan (land clearing), pengupasan tanah penutup (stripping overburden), penggalian batubara (coal getting), pemuatan dan pengangkutan batubatara (digging dan hauling), serta penimbunan (dumping). PT. Bara Permata Mining memiliki target produksi sebanyak 175. 701 ton/bulan. Adapun alat gali muat yang digunakan untuk menunjang target produksi antara lain excavator Hitachi Zaxis 350 H pada fleet 1 berjumah 1 buah , Excavator Zaxis 470 LC pada fleet 2 berjumah 1 buah, serta dump truck hino 500 di fleet 1 berjumah 10 unit sedangkan pada fleet 2 berjumah 12 unit. hasil penelitian yang didapat berdasarkan perhitungan produktivitas alat gali muat excavator dan alat angkut dump truck mempunyai produktivitas masing-masing 83.210,35 ton/tahun untuk excavator Hitachi 350H, 118.787,28 ton/t bulan untuk excavator Hitachi 470LC, sedangkan untuk dump truck Hino 500 adalah 82.969,6 ton/bulan.
